Registration by, or use of the Platform by, any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. jjwan employs robust age verification procedures and may request official identity documentation at any time.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use jjwan, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
3.2 jjwan reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jjwan may result in immediate Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.3 Any Account found to have been opened or operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds in such an Account will be forfeited, and all transactions processed through such an Account may be reversed.
4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on jjwan. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or additional Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or a different name, email address, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.2 When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact details, and any other information requested by jjwan during the registration process. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
4.3 jjwan reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on any Account at any time. This may include requesting copies of a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other documentation. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended or permanently closed.
4.4 You must not register an Account using a false identity, pseudonym, or the identity of any other person. Any Account registered in a name other than your own legal name will be considered fraudulently opened and will be subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of funds.
4.5 jjwan reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where jjwan suspects that a registration is being made for fraudulent, abusive, or improper purposes.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jjwan Login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
5.2 jjwan strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. jjwan will never contact you by email, SMS, or any other channel to request your password or full login credentials. Any communication purporting to be from jjwan that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent.
5.3 You must notify jjwan immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, that your login credentials have been compromised, or that any unauthorised transactions have been made on your Account.
5.4 jjwan will not be liable for any losses suffered by you as a result of your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, or as a result of your authorising or permitting any other person to access your Account.

6.3 Withdrawals are subject to a verification process. jjwan may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Verified Accounts in good standing are eligible for same-day PKR withdrawals subject to processing times of the relevant payment provider.
6.4 jjwan reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request where the amount is significant, where the withdrawal pattern appears unusual, or where there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses. Processing of such withdrawals may be delayed pending investigation.
6.5 All deposits made to your jjwan Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using a payment account that belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
6.6 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. jjwan may request proof of ownership of any payment method used on the Platform.
7.1 jjwan may offer Bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including Wagering Requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements, which will be stated in the relevant promotion's terms at the time of offer.
7.2 Unless otherwise specified, Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a Bonus more than once through the creation of additional Accounts or through any other means constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
7.3 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Wagering Requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. 8.2 jjwan uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual game outcomes. All game results are determined independently and are not influenced by previous results, bet size, Player identity, or any other external factor. 13.1 jjwan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where jjwan, in its sole discretion, determines that:
13.2 Where an Account is terminated due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the Account may be forfeited. Where an Account is terminated for other reasons, jjwan will process a withdrawal of the remaining balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.
13.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting jjwan support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
14.1 jjwan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document.
